I wrote before that I have 3 PDLs and in MN
AAA - $350
Cityview - $300
Cash Central - $600.00
My bank is a small bank and I opened a new account. They are going to close my old account which I am glad for.
Has anyone known if the Cease and Desist letters work. I am not allowed to get calls at work because of the nature of work I am in. If I send them this letter will they lay off the calling. They only have my extension. I am sure they know they can hit zero but the reception will work with me on this.
Any other ideas to keep them from calling. I don't care if they call me at home, they can call until the cows come home, but there isn't much I can do at work.

I did get 1 call at home and 1 call at work from City View. I then called them back....told them they were illegal, went a couple of rounds (very calmly), repeated my position and hung up. Haven't heard back.

they sometimes work, it depends on the company. some places will be good and not call your work if you ask them to, others do not. it really depends on the companies and i do not have experience with the ones you listed (I'm sorry!) :(
also sometimes they do not call right away but do start calling, some are kind of bad but you will be okay.
