I opened a new account

I bank with a smaller bank, friendly sort. I went to the branch yesterday and opened a new account. I tried to explain to them what was going on with the PDL and they looked at me like I was from Mars.
I have to go back today and speak with the branch manager. Is it okay to ask them to do the following.
Tell me who the ACH processor is for each of my 3 PDLs.
Fill out th affidavits so that no fees are incurred.
They teller told me she can't put this on deposit only.
Next I am going to do a C and D to each of the 3 and notify my receptionist that fraud has been comitted on my account should they call at work. The law is very clear about calls at work. In my letters to the PDLs can I quote Minnesota law and ask for a refund on overpaid ones.
