Collection Letter from PDL

Hi All,
I've been diligent in getting rid of these loans on my own thanks to this forum.
I received a letter from a Collection agency after I send the PDL the email requesting full payment.
Do I mail a C&D letter to the collection agency? What do you guys recomend.?
The name of the collection agency is AllianceAsset Management Inc.

What state are you in? You can check if the state requires a

You can check if the state requires a CA to be licensed. If they do and the CA is legal in the state then send them a debt verification. If illegal them send them the C&D.

hmmm,they tried to collect on the exact same loan from the exact same pdl.send them a C&D letter.send it certified mail return receipt.this bottomfeeder is located in IL and has complaints against them.i never found a license for this pdl or CA in california.file an IL AG complait against alliance asap.
