BofA cc and checking acct. access

I want to settle with BofA. I last paid my BofA cc 3 months ago. Will they have access to my checking account that is also with BofA? Can they check balances, deposits and overall history?

They do have the Right to Offset from your checking and savings account. Open an account at another bank, then close your account with BofA.

NASCAR Devil is absolutely right. BofA CC can take your funds from your BofA checking. I briefly spoke with a debt settlement company and it's called a "conflict of banking" or something to that nature. You need to close you BofA checking and find a different bank.
