Is this legal I have no idea what Bill they have but heard there stock was 1.54 and they are closing the PA call center so maybe they will bit the dust

Yes it is legal for them to call until you send them a letter stating that they can communicate with you only through the mail. They also cannot communicate with you at all during the validation period that nascardevil stated. If they continue to call you can file a suit under the FDCPA which allows for a 1000.00 judgement for each violation. Palisades accepts this as part of the cost of doing business and has paid many settlements.
