medical debt

hi,
i am not a resident in the us. But on my last visit to us, i fell sick and incurred 12000 dollars in medical bill. now i recieved a bill from collection agency. But they only have my old address in my home country. Should i call them to make payment arrangements coz i cant pay them in full. I am unemployed.

Sir, i am not clear about your health insurance policy's details.whether it is full covered or partial payment has to be done by you?
will you plz provide some of the details about the health insurance policy so that it will be very much clear for us to advice on the subject matter.
