Nascar...how can one be certain if it does fall under the UCC SOL of 4 years for utilities? Is there a place to check?
And does this apply to ALL states?

You would have to check and see if your state incorporated that section of the UCC into state statute. You should be able to go to the states website. Can't find the bookmark to the UCC at the moment. I'll try and find it and post it later.
I do know that they will settle if you owe them a lot of money.
I do know that they will settle if you owe them a lot of money. While going through a settlement program i couldnt put the cell on my program, but just stopped paying well they wanted to charge me 800.00 for past fees and early cancellation. about 7 months of non-payment they sent me a settlement letter for about half the amount. So if you have a outstanding balance on a cell phone see if you can settle that debt. I didnt know that i could settle those types of debts but i guess you can.
