Cache took me to court and got a judgement and today I was served with papers saying it a writ of garnishment from my bank. I need to know can they do that.

I won a non suit judgement,, now I'm being sued again by a different collection agency, Scott Lowery, CACHE LLC? I don't have a clue what this debt even is! Will I have to be served again and answer again via the court like I did with Mann Bracken? What should I do? I have sent a letter stating I need proof this debt is mine and for them not to notify me via u.s. mail.
I'm in Texas.
