Anyway, I got a couple of settlement companies to choose from and I'm still doing a lot of research just to make sure I won't be scammed. I was able to get the company you mentioned here but while I was searching for it, I've been getting different companies with almost the same name so now, I'm kinda stuck. I was also trying to do this on my own but I have decided to go with a settlement company instead. I would definitely appreciate all your help! I really want to get this started before the end of this week.

Yea, I'd like to know the name of the company as well. I talked to one company today, its a Christian company and they said that settlement would take about 48 months and they will handle the creditors and my payment would be like 500 instead of 818.

Its not being petty , its just that this site doesn't allow solicitations especially from unregistered guests. And no debtcc is not run by superior debt services.--mobile

Amy26 , I would be weary of a " Christian " debt settlement company that is willing to put you in a 48 month. Personally I don't feel that putting you in a 48month program knowing full well you are going to get sued is very christian like. It really ticks me off when people play the christian card to get business. Honestly if you can't afford to do a 36 month debt settlement program or faster than your best bet is likely bankruptcy.

why, if u sign up as a member does it say that superior debt will be contacting you?

Because this site is still a business. When you take advantage of the free counseling they can refer you different settlement or credit counseling companies. If you don't like the forum rules than don't post here.
