Now that they are bankrupt has anyone settled with Advanta recently I am 3 months delinquent what can I expect to pay in settlement.

That depends on other factors, for instance - how long you've had an account with them, to who is actually handling the account. But a guess - which is all anyone can give - I would say that they probably won't budge past 60-70%. Possible, but I wouldn't count on it. It's worth an attempt though. Send them a proposal for 35%, assuming, of course, that you have the funds to cover it should it be acceptable.
