Payday loan Yes & First national (thier collection agency) Both keep calling me at work. When i tell them they cant call me at work & that they are illegal in WA, & hang up on them, then they call me on my cell & yell on the phone.
"Pay your loan B*****!!" and hang up.
They also fax letters to my work fax machine. (which come over with out a return fax number) they say they are not a regular mail company, so they can only contact me by phone. The email addresses on their websites dont work either.
What can I do now to get them to stop.??

Are they blocking the number? See will your service provider prevent unknown phone calls for coming through. If you at least have a caller ID, provide the number and we all will call them multiple times a day and curse them out!

The next time they call tell them you must inform them you are recording their call and will turn all information over to your AG and the FTC also ask them for their license number.
Something that probably will work......
On the 800 number search it for using reverse phone lookup or whocalledme.com. Hopefully, you will find the service provider. Called the service provider and let them know that their client is making harrassing calls and you will be contacting AG and FTC. Perhaps this will stopped them for calling because these service providers are usually reputable and I am sure they have policies to avoid their customers using abusive attacks.
