I received a notice today from Frank Falzone & Associates representing Payday services offering me a settlement. What should I do?
First, is the Original payday lender legal in your state? 2n

3rd, if the original payday lender is illegal, have you paid back the principal?

You should never agree to a settlement verbally and especially over the phone. Tell them you will need something in writing before you can agree to ANY terms, also request proof they have the legal right to collect on this alleged debt.
