My bank accounts were all garnished by Hiday & rickey
I had never had heard of them either.
Tyrone powell is a total unprofessional jerk!
They are threatening me and trying to itimadate me.
Grayson ward is trying to act like he cares but I'm sure it's a game.....What can I do? They froze my husband 's account
also and I sent them pay stubbs and statements which show
none of my income goes into his acct which just happens to have my name attached to it.
I have made very reasonable offers to pay them off but they refuse and threaten me. My accounts ahve been frozen for 3 weeks now. Desperate.

first by Case attorney last feb..i was served ATWORK and almost
first by Case attorney last feb..i was served ATWORK and almost lost my job...went to court and was so scared I agreed to payment more than I could afford....tried to contact the chase attorney but they had no record of my account...My 3 bank accounts..one was my husbands were all frozen and garnished on 2/13/09 without any calls..letters etc..
it's been 3 weeks now and they are trying to intimadated me into..more than I can handle. Debi
