Relief from Texas judgment?

Like Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 60(b) - Relief from Judgment, which has been copied by a majority of states. Texas does its own thing, of course, and it isn't quite clear to me how Texas Courts work the same process.
Most states have something very similar to F.R.C.P. 60(b), which is the mechanism used to set aside a default judgment.
How is it done in Texas, I wonder?

The Texas Civil Practice and Remedies Code is one thing and the Texas Rules of Civil Procedure is a totally different thing.
I'd like to know, specifically, what Texas Code section you are relying upon. I can't find it.
