Advanta bank question

Okay I got a call yesterday telling me that Advanta was going to go after my business license. Has anyone ever heard of that? I called and finally have made my appointment with a BK attorney and told her about it. She told me that if I had it on tape to keep it and bring it.

No such thing....absurd! The debt with Advanta is unsecured..what a joke.....if you have the audio of that message than your do for a nice counter-suit against Advanta and breaking the FDCPA. thats really funny
