These guys are great! I notify them regarding my hardship and she immediately setup a interest free repayment plan. This is why it is good to borrow from licensed PDLs. She even said this will not affect me borrowing from them in the future if I need money for emergencies. But she does not have to worry about that. I will never again borrow a PDL. That is a promise.


You know what, I probably spoke too soon. I was so excited that they offer me a interest-free payment plan that I forgot to ask them to put it in writing because my login is saying something totally different. I called back and they said they do not have the systems in place to send that information. I basically demand something in writing and asked to speak to a manager. He placed me on hold and when he returned he gave me an email address to contact customer support and request it in writing. So now I am waiting to hear from PDO.
