Have you sent any ACH revocation letters to the PDLs?
You can draft up a letter stating that you want to revoke the ACH transaction of the PDL companies and give that to the bank. It is your right to withdrawl the ACH at least three days before they are due to hit.
You can read more about it here under 205.10 (C)
"Consumer's right to stop payment--(1) Notice. A consumer may stop payment of a preauthorized electronic fund transfer from the consumer's account by notifying the financial institution orally or in writing at least three business days before the scheduled date of the transfer."

Some banks are difficult to work with. If you cannont find anyone at your branch to help go to a different one. What you are asking them to do is so simple, I wish I better understood their reluctance to help a customer.

kfstaff24, but your talking about a bank who not only charges overdraft fees (which is their right to do so if you become overdrawn) but every day you are over drawn they charge a percengage of that charge. So say you are 200 overdrawn they will charge $6.00 a day and it goes up. So say you got overdrawn by accident on your payday and can't make it up till next paycheck. So now not only are you out the overdraft/plus all the over draft fees, but you would in essence (and just an estimate) you would owe an additional $72 dollars extra above and beoyond the overdrafts fee.
I know Bf banks there.. and have had access to his account and seen first hand what they charge each and every time you are overdraft.
I was shocked the first time I seen that.. I knew banks did the overdraft fees, but never heard of a bank charging extra every single day you are overdraft.

That is becoming more and more common as banks look for additional way to "pad" thier bottom line. With interst rates low, the are not making much money by lending so they create other fees to keep the shareholders happy.

I guess it's really no different then what my bank charges as "extra fees" POS fees on top of Non-Atm Fees. And they don't take it out the day you do the transaction. They wait till you have 5-6 dollars and 10-15 dollars worth of "Fees" then they will take it out of your account.
