If you can't afford what they are demanding what do you do ?
The amount owed 7,000 this is a credit card has been sold twice debt is 2 years old the first agency could not validate correctly .. So they sold it
but they sold it Palasides and I understand from Bud Hibbs they will " create a forgery Validation "... So they win and I lose ...
Please need advice Can't settle have no income just husbands and he is got his own massive debt he is paying on ..Had to quit work for health reasons so no income just lots of medical bills.

send the dv letter anyway.let them try to validate.if it is a forgey a good lawyer can spot it.go to naca.net for a consumer attorney in your area that will work on a contnigency basis.do that only if they give you a false document,but send the dv letter anyway.send it certified mail return receipt.don't let that stop you from exersizing your rights.

If they validate it with a forgery, you can also contact the original creditor and check the information...then take your findings with you...it would be interesting to see how they explain that the account they validated doesn't exist or is falsified....forgery is a major crime.
