Moved 6 months ago and DC still contacting my old home...

I moved out of my parent's house 6 months ago and DC are still calling my parents house for me even though they told them repeatly I do not live there anymore and to stop calling that number. They don't want to give out my new address and phone, they tell the dc they don't know those. Would it be just wise to tell my parents to get what ever information they can and just send a C&D letter to the DC using my old address?

Sure ...you can do that. But the cycle will repeat over and over as it is handed off to the next ca. Get a PO box or some address for your mail to go to. You probably will want to know if they attempt to sue you.
