On the main page put in your info for a free consultation and they may be able to direct you down the right path. As for companies the only advice is that you must search around awhile on the site no one is suppost to advertise or solicite business so you must get a feel for a company on your own. Say you are considering a certain company search the site for posts on it. You should be able to get a feel of it would be the right company for you or not.
