Any Experiences With CitFinancial??

I am in a debt settlement program with a debt settlement company and have been having a lot of problems with citifinancial as they do not want to cooperate with the debt settlement company at all. I have recently received a summons and could use some tips on what to expect. It's not that I'm refusing to pay them, but, I had no choice but to enroll in a debt settlement program in my present financial situation. My wife and I are both retired and on fixed incomes and trying to supplement that just to meet daily needs.
If anyone has some advice on them, would appreciate your reply.
