O.K. here we go this morning I got my first call. The left a VM.

From: NLS cash advance / Sign my loan.com / Cash advance mail.com (all one in the same)

The vm was fairly nice the asked for me to call or email an arrangement?

My question is what steps to take.

1. should I listen to what they have to say.
2. should I tell them I will be sending a C & D letter
3. let it go for now and wait until it goes to collection
4. send a C & D trough email or reg mail?

Loan amount was $325 I have paid $394 to date

This is the address on my email:
CashAdvanceMail.com
599b Yonge Street
Suite 217
Toronto, Ont, M4Y 1Z4

i replied to your other thread (please try to keep posts to one thread, it makes it easier for us to help you). i am not sure if it is exempt but i would send the c & d certified anyway, just in case you can.
what state are you in? are these loans even legal for you? if they are not legal, it can be handled a bit differently, you would pay what you borrowed but would be able to do so in your terms.
but if they are legal they can sue you and to at least some extend you would have to listen to them.

They say they are exempt but they would have to step off the tribal land to sue so they won't.

When they call tell them to contact you only via email or USPS and hang up on them.

They have your info and the letters state to only contact you that way so stick to your guns. You want every thing on paper and documented.
