866-331-6161 - has anyone heard of A S & Associates?

I need to know if anyone has heard of A S & Associates. I received a call from this lady at 866-331-6161 claiming to be an investigator with a particular county and I needed to call back concerning a legal matter. I called her back to find out she was calling me concerning the payday loan I defaulted on. I went through a horrible divorce and and I'm a single mom trying to get back on my feet. I explained to her my situation and am willing to set up some kind of payment arrangement. I was threatened if I couldn't come up with at least 50% of the money owed I would most likely get arrested or possibly probation. If anyone knows anything about them please let me know. Thanks!

These folks, AS & Associates are taking money to the sum of $300 ever other week out of my account and I am totally broke and cannot even buy Santa Clause for my little boys because of this. Does anyone know about this company or what I should do?
had a calls from a payday loan (courtesy caller) from my county
had a calls from a payday loan (courtesy caller) from my county with the name Dave..cannot give last name or telephone number but will serve me papers for garnishment on my wages that i thought had been taken care of, said that they had talked with me in Dec-2010 could have but don't remember. The orignial caller that I Spoke with was in New York, Her name is Linda, called her back and wanted to speak with Dave she told that i could speak with dave face to face soon and for me not to call her or there anymore, really nasty person

any of my personal stuff....just slam the phone in his face and tell him to get lost.
