Hi

I searched for this company and have not been able to find any specific information on them. Call the credit bureau and see if you can find their mailing address from them.

Do not talk to such agencies over the phone that does not give you the requested information. Send them a debt validation letter saying that they need to prove the fact that they are contacting the right person with the right amount. They need to confirm that they have the rights to collect debt in your state. Send your letter through certified mail with return receipt requested.

The agency has to respond to you within a reasonable period of time with the debt validation. If they can’t give you any details, you need to contact the CRA and tell them that the said agency has not been able to validate the debt.

The name of the company you wrote in your post is premier. I am not sure but after your next post, I guess if you might have been contacted for Premium Processing.

Please confirm

They called me again on Saturday said he was just a consultant and was affilated with United Federal Bank. REfused to give me an address or any information. Asked me if I was willing to settle my debt with Platinum B service out of court. I informed i had spoke with PBS and his phone number was not the number they gave me as far as settling my claim. Really got no where with him. I plan to call Platinum today because they must have given my information to more than one company. He eventually hung up on me when I continued to push him for an address or a letter of validation.
