received call from hirsch and asso saying i owed for a loan which i never got! these people are scammers they need jobs! trying to rip people off hard as times is. suck mr. king!

:xI have just recently started getting these calls too.i could of swore i paid this but was going through a really tuff time in my life at the time it is possible i didn't.the loan is 6 years old and they said it was for around 300.00 and now i owe them over 800.00.They are also calling me from georgia and threaten me with attorneys and court.it was supposed to of been turned in like two weeks ago and then today they call again just a different person .i told her i wanted an address to send them a drop dead letter and she said no so i hung up on her.she called again and left me a message saying i can just find out what this is about when i go to court.please i used to work in a collection agency and i know how the system works.check your state to see if they can contact you at work because in some states it is illegal to harass you on your job.

After reading all these post ,l too am in the same situation ..and l am in Hawaii l was shocked to be contacted by a company that sounded so legal until l came to this site and read all the comments. l made a loan from a company down here in 2005 and my final payment was $130. Now l'm getting a call saying the amount was 130.35 and lf l have the receipt or proof that l paid. since the company only accepted payments in cash ,l did get a receipt, however, l did not in the past 6 yrs frame that receipt or put it between pages in a book or any other odd behavior involving saving a 130.00 receipt. l don't think l'll pay these guys since l have paid this bill once already and l have also let my employer know about this collection agency.
