Cease and Desist question

Salutations,
I recently reached settlement agreement with two collection agencies by phone and received agreements in writing, signed by authorized agents before mailing in my first payments CMRR.
I have a strong feeling they'll be calling on or shortly after the first of the month asking, "Have you mailed in your payment for this month yet?" I don't want to put up with it, especially when the payments won't be due for at least 20 more days per the agreement. I have given no reason for them to believe that I won't abide by the written agreements and I fully intend to do abide by the agreements.
Am I able to send a C&D letter to them after paying on settlement arrangements asking them to communicate only in writing? Will this provoke any aggressive (legal) response from them? Am I able to call their office to give them CM tracking numbers for their convenience and request PIF letters after final payment during and maintaining the C&D order for telephone communication?
I got a call like this this the other day and I want to make a point that I won't put up with being treated like a criminal while they're cashing my checks as agreed.
I live in Pennsylvania.
Thanks in advance.

That is a really good question. In my opinion they are still trying to collect debt even though you are paying it in increments so I believe the FDCPA still applies but I am not 100 percent sure. It may fall under one of your states harrassment statutes also. I will try to find out and hopefully someone from Pa will come to your assistance.
