I was able to get quite a few items removed from my credit report through disputes with the credit bureus. Can the creditors put them back on if they were removed? Also can I use the fact that one report deleted an item to get it removed from another?

if they can prove that you owe them then surely they will reinstate it on your credit report but you need to make sure that all the proceedings go on paper so that it can be presented in front of the court, if needed.

actually i haven't got your second question about the report deletion from the second one.need some more clarification.

don't dispute things that are not hurting you (closed credit cards in good standing, paid car loans, old good mortgages etc) because that might lower your FICO due to losing positive accounts.

also if you dispute collections or other things that are yours, a dispute can trigger re-aging of the account in some cases. So dispute wisely, or at least accept the possible backlash regarding what might happen.
