I contacted all the people on my credit report that I owe money to, got settlement letters, and paid them off. It has been 30 days and they have not reported them as paid to any of the credit bureaus?

It is going to take more than 30 days. Typically it can take up to 90 days before it updates. If after 90 days it doesn't update then send letters out to all three bureaus disputing the incorrect information.
