I have had silmilar problems with this company recently. I have asked them Not to call me at work, but use my cell or regular land line. They dont get it!!
I had the problem with a different company before ,and my bosses suggested that I send a certified letter telling them to cease and desist, which i am going to have to do again to Midland

They must honor a verbal request to cease calls to you at work. Back that up with a certified letter stating that "Calls to your employer place your employment in jeopardy". You can add that to a debt validation letter if you have not already requested it. If they continue to call you at work, sue them.
