I spoke with a Rogers & Speaks rep and she was so rude and unprofessional. And they didn't sound very legit at all. She didn't provide me with any of the information that I asked for and was talking with someone in the background. She actually told me that she was goin to falsify my case saying that I was refusing to pay when all I said is that I would have to make small payments instead of one big payment. I couldn't believe she said that. Her name was Emma, or at least that is what she said it was. She said I was obviously not paying or going to pay and got extremely rude when I told her I was unable to meet the payment she had stated. I spoke with her supervisor and he wasn't much better, though I did get the needed information. I will be filling a formal complaint against this company and advise other whom have experienced similar difficulties to do the same.
