This site is ACN. ACN is a debtor help company?? This same company is harassing ME with collection phone calls for someone I hardly know and haven't seen in almost a year. Refuse to quit calling. What low life. I wouldn't do business with this trash company.

If the company is harassing you for a debt you do not owe, file a complaint against the company with the Federal Trade Commission. I think it will give you positive results.

ACN is a CA. They are not there to help you. Another pimple on the a$# of Western New York I believe. Since you are not hte consumer they are seeking, send them a full cease comm letter CMRRR. If tehy continue to call after recieving it, sue them for FDCPA violations. As far as filing a complaint with the FTC as the poster above recommended, you'll get no positive result, only a form letter in return.
