So i used to live in Orange County, and moved back to Alameda County, and the summon's date is January 9th for the paper i got served today. I checked for the status on Alameda County's paperwork and i get no information, but will there be information now that i got served?
I checked to see if it was in Orange County and here it is. What do i do guys? Should i go to court now? And with the stuff that happened in the orange county court it states, CASE DISMISSED WITH DISPOSITION OF DISMISSAL" What does that mean

You need to file an answer to the summon within 30 days from the date of receipt of the summon and not from the summon date. So you should visit the court and file a response with the clerk's office.

Hi ahashdash,
It looks like Dell dropped the case. Then they decided to let Mann Bracken handle it. The Disposition of Dismissal is the disposition of the request by Dell to drop the case, which disposition is noted on ROA #6.
For more info, here is an article by the Missouri Bar Association about Dismissal Without Prejudice: 'http://www.mobar.org/journal/2000/julaug/mccarter.htm'
Here is a good thread on how to deal with a summons. And a thread about Mann & Bracken. They are known to play dirty, so be careful. But the case you have shown in your post is an old dismissed case, not a new one. I'd first verify if there is a real case by calling your county courthouse. It wouldn't be in the public record this fast.
Hope this helps,
