Do secured cards report your credit limit? If you deposit 1000 will this report as your limit to raise your debt-to-credit limit?

Also, has anyone settled with BOA then been approved for a secured card?

Yes, secured credit card has credit limit equal to the amount you deposit with the credit card company and it reports the same to the credit bureaus. The more you deposit the more is your credit limit.
If you want a secured credit card, there is generally no hard inquiry in your credit report because they are backed by your own money and so you can get easily approved for a secured card even if you have a low score.

I did a debt settlement payment with BofA and couldn't finish paying them and they were included in my Chap 7 last year...Was just denied a secured card with them and I was only asking for $350 limit and I had close to $9000 in the bank with them. Plus my credit score is 605.0
