Hi! I live in Oregon and have been reading a lot of the posts on here regarding PDL's and want to see if I can get some clarity on what to do. I have 13... yes I said 13 lenders and I am in desperate help to get myself out from underneath the tangled web I have created.
Here is the list of my lenders which are all internet based:
Huskhawk Group - $300 paid $180
One Click Cash - $300 paid $90
PayDay Yes - $500 paid $150
Loan Point USA - $500 paid $75
Arrowhead Investments - $300 paid $90
Instant Cash USA - $300 paid $90
United Cash Loans - $300 paid $90
Lazer Lending - $300 paid $90
AmeriLoan $300 paid $90
SDS Processing $250 paid $75
EZ Cash Media - $300 paid $90
Jet Lending $300 paid $90
Red River $300 paid 90

Great, I will go into the bank today. I went to the Oregon CFA website and tried to look up the lenders on the licensee Datebase...if they don't come up do you think it is safe to assume they are opperating illegally? If they are, then should I send them a letter, email or call them once I know my account is secure. If I can just pay the principle this will help me out, but I will still have to make it in payments...Is there a way to make sure they don't start calling my references and harrassing them?

Zoe,

You have only paid the fee on these once with the exception of the first one and you have paid them twice. Do you still have any of the money that you borrowed 2 or 3 weeks ago to pay them back the principal? If my figures are correct, you borrowed almost $4000 approximately 3 weeks ago. If you have any of those funds still, I would contact your legal lenders and pay them back first, then work with your illegal lenders.

Honestly, this looks funny...

Call it stupidly..I needed the funds to get me out of a disastrous situation and did not think through the ramifications, I was in desperation mode. To my defense though, only 8 of the lenders even contacted me, the rest were just deposited the day after I applied.
