Those that are in business are going to have to be a part of a computerized tracking system. This will help borrowers and lenders. It will keep borrowers from taking out loans in amounts above legal limits. It will also protect lenders in that people won't be able to take out so many legal loans that they default on them and leave businesses to absorb the losses.
