Arbitration Judgement
Date: Tue, 03/17/2009 - 09:03
Hello. I live in PA and I just went onling to public records and saw an arbitration judgment was awarded against me yesterday. I was aware of the suite and I filed my answer on time. I was never notified of a court date. What are my options now. Can I fill a motion to vacate judgment? If so does anyone have a good sample letter? Also if the judgment is vacated will they try to go after my bank account or will they try other means first?
Thanks for your help
