Judgement lien when the judgement was put on bancruptcy

I had a judgment agains a vehicle that was repossesed. I later filed bancruptcy, and that judgement was placed on bancruptcy. This was five years ago.
In August, I acquired an acre of land to put a home on, and a lien showed up on the acre from the bank judgement. They refuse to release it. Is this legal, and if so how can I get it off?
By law, I am not required to pay the bank because they were on the bancruptcy, correct.
I am now unable to get my home even though I was approved for the home because there is a lien on my land. Any ideas of how I can fix this?
