I sent Capital Collections a Cease to call letter on 2/27 I asked in the letter for them to contact me only by letter. They continue to call me at work and home they have acknowledged that they received the letter i sent it certified mail with a return receipt but I have yet to get the return receipt back. They left me a nasty message on my phone at home stating they will call me until I pay regardless of whatever letter I send to them and they will call me at work too if that is what it takes.....
I only owe them $250 and honestly I dont feel that I owe them that I have overpaid them by $500 they have ignored my debt validation letter they told me that they dont have to comply?

I am not sure if they are licensed or not in Minnesota I filed complaints with the BBB in Florida the AG in Minnesota and Florida and the FTC it has been almost a month and I have heard nothing! I did get a lawyer today though.
