I found an inquiry pon my credit report. I was pregnant back then and I was coverd by Medical, I do not owe anything. Please help! This is what shows on my credit report:

What can i do to pay this so they don't take my stuff i have tried several times before the judgement to contact them as well as the hospital left msgs and played phone tag now this happens i am now laid off my job, the hits just keep on coming i need help on this one
