When answering a summons for credit card debt , can you answer "neither affirm or deny" due to insufficient information?


You can answer that you have "insufficient information to answer paragraph number (whichever paragraph you're responding to)." It is also a good idea to add an extra paragraph at the end specifically denying anything that you did not specifically admit to.
