List the companies you have the loans with and whether it is a store front operation or an internet operation.

I owe 500 on a pay day loan. I cant afford to pay them. Is there a template available to use so I can revoke them from garnishing my wages etc

If you are asking about revoking a wage ASSIGNMENT then follow this.
You can google a "wage assignment revoke forms" There should be 2 pages I think (don't quote me on that), when you do this you have to give one to your employer and mail one to the PDL. Mail it certified with return receipt.

Now the only way they can garnish your wages is with a court order. If they have a court order then there isn't much you can do to stop them from doing it.
