Health Insurances do not pay bills

How do you get health insurances to pay past due medical under a covered period, and have to wait for them to decide if services were covered and or provided, so that supplemental insurances may and you may as the third party to pay deductable?

You really need to stay after insurance companies,they make it very difficult by stalling and stalling, in turn, most people get tired of the hassle and give up, don't give up, keep appealing and providing them with paperwork they request.
