PDL help!!!

Hi! I have multiple pdl's out and need help findiing out if they are legal or not..
1)Together Cash-300.00- first payment due 3/20
2)Second Wallet-300.00-first payment due 3/20
3)Integrity Advance-500.00-paid 300.00. payment for 200 coming out on 3/20
4)Speedy Cash-500.00- first payment due 4/3

If these companies aren't legal, do i send letters? I'm goinf to close my acct tonight, but as of tomorrow, I will be negative due to the first 2 loans.. any help would be much appreciated!!!!

First you look on your state regulator's website. Then, you call a Wisconsin lawyer that gives free consultations and ask whether Wisconsin law voids contracts made with lenders who violate a licensing statute. A lot of people on this board tend to confuse the state's power to require a license with a consumer's right to void a contract. The one does not always follow the other.

Or you can rely on the legal opinions of anonymous non-lawyers that like to blog and post on internet bulletin boards and see if that works.
