Anyone dealt with Care Credit?

Wondering if anyone has experience with settlements and Care Credit? I'm way past due (a year or so) and they've sent my account to collection agencies but it seems like they are dealing with more than one agency. I don't even know who I'm supposed to pay, despite calling Care Credit and writing letters.
