Is there any specific wording when filing a complaint that would be helpful

ok here it is:

In 10/17/2006 I had taken out a payday loan with 500fastcash the payments for the loan was $150.00 every 2 weeks I had made 7 payments to this company for a total of $1050.00 I had tried to contact the company by phone but they would continually but me on hold and never return to me when I was on hold. I then canceled my checking account in the hopes of getting away from this company they have since returned and have told me that California law does not apply to this loan because I had taken out on the internet and they are seeking $7200.00 but they will give me a settlement for $625.00. I have explained to them that I have more then double paid for this loan and there was no way to remedy it with them. This company does not have a license to do business in California

i have been talking to these people for a couple weeks now and they flat out will not send anything in the mail. why is this? I had asked them to verify how much i had paid and they will not i have asked them to verify the processor so i could locate it on my bank statement.

loan was $500 i paid back $1050, and they say i owe over $5000 more but that they will settle for $625. I am not going to pay them, period, ever!! but i want the stupid wanna be collectors to stop!

I dont understand why they will not send anything U.S. mail, is it just a monetary thing?

I have become obsessed with nailing this company, i have filed complaints with every consumer protection group that i have read about state level and federal level. I am trying to get as much info as i can to help them it seems most of the agencys stop when they track the mailing address to an indian reservation. I know that they have an office in Kansas that they share with several PDL and a recruiting agency that also has a forwarding address.
