I filled out a form with YES LOAN Credit. I put forward all of my bank details. I heard no more from them but then realized they had taken out £69.50 for admin costs! When I phoned them they said they had set up a loan for me. But when I looked at the loan I refused it as it was charging a huge amount of interest and would be collected weekly for a year from my house. I DO NOT WANT THIS LOAN! But Yes loans will not refund me for the 'admin charge'

Just dispute the charge with your bank. If your bank is any good at all they will put the money back in your account and do an investigation which basically boils down to your word against this stupid loan companies word. At that point the bank should take yours over theirs if they want to keep your business.

When you explain all of this to your bank, tell them you did not authorize this company to debit ANYTHING from your account. As soon as you put in your bank information, it's hard to 'cancel' contracts....even if you tell PDl's, etc. you DON'T want the loan.
