Do we fax this or do we have to mail this. I live in Iowa. I don't remember signing this but probably did.

Do the interent payday loans have this wage assigment to or is it for the ones that you are face to face with? I have interent payday loans. I have seen some postings that state you have to sign in person and I haven't done that.

storefront lenders are most likely to be licensed, so a wage assignment will be uneccessary since they can take you to small claims court. On the other hand anything is possible and I wouldn't put anything past anyone. So I would send revocation letters to all your lenders to be on the safe side. Have you tried calling the storefront lenders for payment arrrangements?

Others will be along to offer more advice.

I don't owe the store front ones, just over the internet and I can't seem to get them to take a money order for payment. I don't know what to do about them. I have been trying to pay for one for over a year and they keep wanting me give them a credit card or do Western Union. I have agreed to pay if they will accept a money order. How long will they take before they try to garnish my wages?
