They Did Not Take Their Payment

Well like nohiogal stated it just might be posting to your account late. I had the same thing happen to me once. It's just weird how it happens sometimes.

You been good with them so I am sure things will work out. Call your bank to verify any pending transactions.

I can see everything pending from the weekend but nothing from them. Geezzzz just when things were going so smoothe.

If it helps, sometimes banks can have hidden transactions pending against your account that you cannot see. You can call to make sure.

I would just make sure the funds are still in the account so that way if it clears late the PDL company is paid. I know it is a hassle we all been there :?

Call the PDL company. Ask them about the payment and explain that you can see it paid on thier site, but there is no debit on your bank site. There may be an issue on thier end and by bringing it to thier attention it could save you alot of hassles later on. Also, your call will let them know that you are conscious of your account and wnat to make sure that it is getting paid.

The bottom line, just relax and do not make more out of this than you need to. There is no reason to stress until they give you a reason.

kfstaff24, I would heed pdl owners advice and stay pro-active with the lender, also note the date and time, the name of the person you spoke with, and even the employee's ID number & ext. number. I can understand your frustration, I would probably be the same way.

I agree with everyone, just check with the PDL company. Sometimes some of mine have cleared right on the nose on Friday's while others aren't until Tuesday. I think it all depends on their processing. A call won't hurt anything.

I also just talked to one of the companies I borrowed from. The payment taken out showed up on my acct. but they wont get it till about a week later.

I just sent an email to one of their customer service reps that I have dealt with before, I will keep you all posted on what she has to say.

drop9drop yes that can happen depending on the bank. This is weird because they have always taken their payment in the past.

The payment posted this morning...........whewwwwww and for the right amount. Thank goodness.
