Please help with PDL

I did not find any of them listed as PDL lenders in the FL database.

I am not sure though if they are a CSO yet though.

I will do more checking.

Are these loans new? as you only paid on one or have you defaulted on them?

They are old....I have defaulted on them. I do not belive any of them are CSO's but I don't know for sure.....any help you can give will be good.

If they are old then how do you show only a payment to one?

If you paid interest and rollover fees then they count as payment towards the principle when it comes to illegal lenders.

Have you ever paid the other lenders at all?

I was not able to make any payments to the others

So did you close your account before any payments were debited? Or did you default?

I Closed the account.
