Cash Spot, BIG, Magnum and Eastside are illegal. I would have to look into the other two.
How much have you borrowed and how much have you paid back?
For illegal lenders you only need to pay back the amount borrowed.
You can go here and read up on more information on dealing with illegal lenders.
Also, when were the loan taken out?
I will advise that you will have to close your bank account to stop them from debiting.

You can try to place an ACH block on them but most of the illegal lenders have sister companies or they do business under another name so they try and do ACH debits under different names and avoid the block.
Cash Transfer is also illegal.

I have until 4/3 before anymore debits should come out. I am waiting for some checks I have out to clear and then am hopefully opening a new account this weekend.
What exactly should I send to the lenders to stop the ACH and can they penalize me more for closing my account? Can they contact my references that I provided. I really don't want anyone else to have to be involved in this mess.
Thanks to everyone for all their help.

AFTER your account is secure you will need send each one a letter. You can find the template here. Scroll down to post 13.
You need to change the letter to you own information and state laws.
The letter requests the ACH and wage assigment revocations.
You may also want to place the wage revocation statements with your payroll department.
I am not going to tell you won't get calls as you might and some can get nasty.
